To find out more about GOG Wallet funds, please proceed here. You may request a refund for GOG Wallet funds within 30 days of purchase if they were purchased on GOG and if you have not used any of those funds. Games in development can also be returned up to 30 days after your purchase, no questions asked. Afterwards, it is covered for 30 days by our voluntary Refund Policy, as described above. You can apply to refund your pre-order at any time, without stating a reason, until the game is officially released. If you contact us within the 30 days of your purchase and we're unable to help solve the issue, you will be offered a full refund. If you're experiencing any technical problems with your purchase, our Tech Support is ready to offer some troubleshooting steps.
